Our Founder

In order to stay home with her three children during their younger years, Julie Dumas provided in-home daycare services for 15 years before returning to the work field. Having acquired more than 10 years of administrative experience while working for CMHC, she decided to fulfill her dreams of giving back to the community. Opening her business Heart & Soul Senior Services, has been a project in the works for many years which has turned her dreams into reality. 

Julie is married for 21 years. In her free time Julie enjoys the outdoors, shopping and being in the company of anyone in need of an ear. As hobbies she loves to cook, bake, knit and sew.
